Discovery is actively seeking value-generating partnerships for the development and marketing of products to treat respiratory diseases, neonatal and critical care diseases, and where our pulmonary drug delivery technology would be value-generating for our partners' products. We are specifically interested in:

• Development and commercialization of aerosolized SRT on a global basis.
  
  

• Development and commercialization of Surfaxin® for ARDS in the United States.
  
  

• Development and commercialization of Surfaxin (all indications) in Canada, Asia, and South Pacific.
  
  

• Combination of SRT with an anti-inflammatory such as elastase inhibitors for COPD or nitric oxide inhibitors for upper airway diseases.
  
  

• Combination of SRT with an antibiotic for infectious respiratory diseases.
  
  

• Development and commercialization of SRT in combination with a CPAP device for Sleep Apnea.
  
  

• Licensing/acquiring marketed or development stage products for neonatal and critical care diseases.
